In November 6th, 2003 the Shaolin Temple had a VIP guest. The Russian federation cultural exchange "Duma", Vice-President Mr. Balanof, leading a delegation of 5 officials. Abbott Yong Xin welcomes the delegation with much pleasure.

After visiting Shaolin Temple Mr. Balanof give to Abbot Yong Xin a letter by Russian President Mr. Putin and an exceptional Long Quan sword as a gift.
