Shaolin Monks of China in "Lotus & Sword" December 24 - January 3 For the first time in America, female Kung fu masters will appear in one of the world's most spectacular and fascinating show displaying the mystical powers of the Shaolin Monks of China in "The Lotus & The Sword." Witness superhuman feats of strength, breathtaking displays of Kung fu and the spectacular sight of Buddhist nuns of China performing live in this Eldorado Hotel Casino Showroom production in Reno.

The Shaolin Monks have toured all over the world to the highest critical acclaim, and their latest award-winning presentation - "The Lotus & The Sword" - breaks all boundaries as the Monks appear on stage for the first time in competition with the mistresses of Shaolin Kung fu.

Unbelievable strength unravels before your eyes, leaving you breathless at the incredible sights of this production, as the men and women of these holy orders take their place in one of the most spectacular Kung fu presentations ever made.

"The Lotus & The Sword" tells the story of the Yongtai Monastery and the historical fight of the nuns for equality with the monks. Behold, this struggle proves that women can indeed achieve mastery in Kung fu. They peacefully compete with their male counterparts, practicing the difficult exercises of chi Kung and becoming true mistresses of Shaolin Kung fu.
