Only a few Chinese understand the basics of the English language, most of them only know a friendly "Hello". That means that in any case you should acquire some Chinese words. On the one hand the entire training takes place in Chinese language but that's no problem, because you only copy the exercises of the Chinese), on the other hand you need Chinese knowledge everywhere outside of the school, e.g. in the restaurants, in bus and for telephoning. Of course you can use your hands and feet but nevertheless it is easier if you can cope with the Chinese language.
